How it works

Leadership-aligned. AI-run. Anonymity built in.

OrgDiagnosis is designed so leadership stays in control of the questions, participants stay protected, and the C-suite gets honest, segmented insight with deployable recommendations. Here's the full flow, end to end.

  1. Step 1

    Leadership alignment review

We run a guided review session with your leadership team to align on organizational goals, success metrics, and the questions worth asking. Nothing leaves the room until leadership agrees on what 'good' looks like.

  2. Step 2

    AI-recommended question set

Based on those goals, AI drafts a tailored question set covering strategy, process bottlenecks, manager effectiveness, culture, and more. Leadership reviews, edits, and signs off before anything goes out to the org.

  3. Step 3

    Roster intake

Your team provides participant emails and basic info — department, function group, and role level. This is stored securely and used only to segment results and route invitations.

  4. Step 4

Survey delivered the way each person prefers

Each participant chooses their channel: AI voice (a natural spoken conversation) or AI text (a chat-style survey). The AI runs the conversation either way, adapts follow-ups, and keeps the whole experience under 30 minutes.

    AI voice — spoken conversation
    AI text — chat-style survey
  5. Step 5

    Real-time anonymization assist

As each qualitative answer comes in, AI either confirms it or suggests a reworded version that strips identifying details — names, project codes, distinctive phrasing — while preserving the candor of the feedback. The participant approves the final wording before it's saved.

  6. Step 6

    Small-group merge rule

Functional groups with 3 or fewer respondents are automatically merged with another small group before analysis, so no individual can be reverse-identified. Groups with 4 or more stay as their own analyzable segment.

    Group A
    2 people
    merged
    Group B
    2 people
Group C — 7 people · 4 or more, stays separate and analyzed on its own
  7. Step 7

    Dashboard + deployable recommendations

Results flow into the executive dashboard with industry benchmarks, themes, sentiment, and ready-to-deploy AI recommendations on what to fix next — both at the org level and per question.

Two layers of anonymization, by default

  • AI rewording on every qualitative answer — strips identifying details before the response is saved, with participant approval.
  • Minimum-4 group rule — any functional group with 3 or fewer respondents is auto-merged before analysis.
